Acceptable use

What's allowed—and what isn't—when using Rendera.

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") describes what is and is not allowed when using Rendera, operated by Pixelfox Group AB. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using Rendera you agree to follow this Policy. We may update it as the Service evolves.

1. Content you may not create or upload

You may not use Rendera to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes illegal activity, goods, or services;
  • infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or organisation;
  • uses a brand, logo, product, trademark, or likeness that you do not own or have permission to use;
  • is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence or discrimination against any group or individual;
  • is sexually explicit, depicts child sexual abuse material, or sexualises minors;
  • depicts graphic violence or is designed to shock or disgust without legitimate purpose; or
  • promotes self-harm, dangerous activities, or regulated goods in violation of applicable law.

2. Conduct that is not allowed

When using the Service, you may not:

  • attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you, or breach or circumvent security or usage limits;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law;
  • introduce malware, or use the Service to distribute spam or send unsolicited communications;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted; or
  • use the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or disrupts other users.

3. Advertising responsibilities

Rendera helps you produce advertisements, but you remain responsible for the ads you create and run. You must:

  • hold all necessary rights to the products, brands, and websites you generate ads for;
  • ensure your ads are truthful, not misleading, and compliant with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws; and
  • comply with the policies of any platform on which you publish ads (for example Meta, Google, TikTok, or YouTube).

4. Responsible use of AI

You may not use Rendera's AI features to:

  • impersonate a real person or create deceptive deepfakes without clear authorisation and disclosure;
  • generate misinformation, or false or unsubstantiated claims about products, services, or people; or
  • create content intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate viewers.

5. Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this Policy, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice depending on the severity. We may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
